Brand new with tags, smoke and pet free home. No flaws; I did notice that at the seam of the skirt there is less rhinestones but I think its supposed to be that way. See photo 6. This is really a stunning piece, you will turn heads in this. Gorgeous light sage green color. This is like mid weight, not heavy but not lightweight. Does not feel cheap.
