Vintage Park Sherman Liquor Dispenser Clear Base With Cobalt Blue Polka Dots GUC

This is a vintage Park Sherman pump liquor dispenser.  It has a clear base with cobalt blue polka dots. I haven't been able to find another one with this unusual pattern.

It is a mid-century modern (MCM) barware item featuring a chrome-plated pump mechanism with a side spout. 

The base is a glass decanter designed to hold liquor, with a capacity of around 30 fluid ounces. 

The dispenser often came as a set with a revolving circular metal tray designed to hold six shot glasses, though the glasses are not available.  It would be cute with matching polka dot shot glasses or solid cobalt blue ones.

The item is a popular collectible piece for home bars and car enthusiasts due to its unique, retro design. 

There is a label someone placed on it I suppose for their collection but it is hard to read. I can make out V-22 dispenser but I don't know what it means.

This item is in very good condition. There is some light tarnishing on the spout but could be cleaned.
