This is a TOKYO mechanical pencil from the Italian writing instrument manufacturer "omas オマス," released in the 1990s. The lead thickness is 0.7mm.
To extend the lead, twist the clip section to the right. To refill the lead, twist to the left and remove the clip section.
I purchased this deadstock item about a year ago, but I didn't use it as much as I expected, so I've decided to declutter.
There may be some minor scratches from storage and use, but there are no noticeable scratches, and I think it's generally in good condition. omas went out of business in 2016, so I believe this is a valuable item.
