Antique American-made cast lead figure, dating to approximately the 1920s–1930s. Base is clearly stamped "MADE IN U.S.A." with partially legible additional markings consistent with early American lead toy manufacturers.
Construction, size, base style, and paint application are consistent with figures produced by Barclay Manufacturing Co. and similar makers such as Manoil during the interwar period.
Solid lead construction with hollow oval base and dual mold holes. Original hand-painted finish with heavy wear, paint loss, and surface aging from use. No repainting or restoration.
Figure depicts a uniformed man in a waving or signaling pose, commonly associated with railroad, traffic control, or early military lead toy sets.
