This is a D&B Co. 1930s uranium depression glass 2-spout batter bowl.
The glass glows brightly under a black light due to the addition of uranium oxide during manufacturing.
It is a vintage collectible item from the Depression Era.
The bowl features a unique double-spout design for easy pouring.
Uranium glass is considered safe for ordinary handling and display due to its very low levels of radioactivity.
There is a small flaw in one of the spouts, it might be a chip. Its hard to see in pic. There are also a couple scratches in bottom
