For those drawn to cherubs and lions, ornate detail, and vintage Italian design, this serving set feels like a small piece of history brought to the table. This early 20th-century Italian silverplated serving fork and spoon from Ugo Bellini features richly detailed pierced bowls with cherub angels, lions, florals, fleur de Lis, and scrolling foliage. The sculptural handles and openwork reflect classic Baroque and Rococo revival influences.
Very good antique condition. Both pieces are stamped “Italy” on the back, appear to be a matched original pair, and show a beautiful, age-appropriate patina. Can be used as fully functional servers or striking display pieces.
