On August 16, 1997, The Residents did three performances of a 30-minute stage piece for the PopKomm music festival in Köln, Germany.
This performance was sponsored by tobacco giant Marlboro, as was much of the festival, and filmed by VIVA TV, the German music station in celebration of The Residents 25th Anniversary.
The release includes a hidden "Easter Egg," which can be accessed by double clicking on the "The Residents" banner appearing at the end of the "Extra" section.
