I couldn't find much information, and I don't know which Dragon Ball cards they are, but they appear to be Yamakatsu cards.
The two cards below are Kira cards (prism cards).
I haven't seen these two Kira cards on any sites other than Mercari, so I think they are quite rare.
They are cards from about 40 years ago. After I got them, I put them in a box and stored them in the closet. The condition varies, so please check the images carefully and consider purchasing them with your understanding.
