This is a collaboration item between Whim Gazette and Kyoko Hasegawa.
It is new and unused, but the tag has been removed.
I purchased it because Kyoko Hasegawa wore it on YouTube and it looked wonderful. It was sold out online, so I ordered it directly from the store. I bought it thinking I would wear it eventually, but I haven't worn it yet, so I'm putting it up for sale.
The frills are applied from the neckline to the chest, making it very glamorous. The arms are sleeveless, but the neckline can be closed by buttoning it all the way up, creating an exquisite balance and a healthy look.
It's quite decorative, so I think it would look very stylish paired with masculine pants or peeking out from a jacket.
There's a slight crease on the upper left side from being stored in the closet (which I think can be fixed with an iron), but otherwise, the frills are as beautiful as when I bought it.
