This is a wide silhouette shirt jacket by satou.
I believe it was released in both SS and AW, but this item was released in AW and the fabric is slightly brushed.
The color is listed as "sumi," but it's a fabric with a gun club check pattern of black, white, and gray (see image 7), and it looks like charcoal gray from a distance (the close-up photos from image 5 onwards appear much brighter due to the lighting).
It has three buttons and can be worn like a light jacket. The raglan sleeves and the deep tucks at the cuffs, which are gathered, are characteristic of the silhouette.
I purchased it from an online shop of a retailer in August of this year.
It's been tried on indoors and worn once outdoors, so I think it's safe to say it's like new.
The retail price is 34,100 yen.
