90s C.P. Company Cotton V-Neck Knit - Iconic Early Piece - Rare

This is a cotton V-neck knit sweater from C.P. Company.

This Italian brand is highly regarded in recent years, alongside Stone Island, Boneville, and Left Hand.

Founded in 1971 in Bologna, Italy, by Massimo Osti as "Chester Perry."

In 1978, the brand name was changed to C.P. COMPANY.

In 1988, they introduced the "GOGGLE JACKET," a driving wear piece featuring a hood with goggle lenses inspired by gas masks. C.P. Company became widely known for the "GOGGLE JACKET."

Later, the founder Massimo Osti famously established STONE ISLAND, becoming known as the "designer who created urban sportswear."
