I believe I won this item over 30 years ago, probably from a Bikkuriman ice cream. Because it's a vintage item, I consider it rare.

I have kept it in a drawer without displaying it much, so it's in quite good condition, in my amateur opinion.

Due to difficulties in retaining it as I organize my house, I am willing to pass it on to someone who is interested.
