I purchased these at Nubian in Harajuku for 150,000 yen. They were originally designed as leather half pants with ankle-length spats attached inside, but I cut out the spats because I wanted to wear the leather pants on their own. I haven't worn them much, so there isn't significant wear and tear or dirt on the leather. However, the inner pockets came unstitched shortly after I bought them and have remained that way. Both pockets have small holes, as you can see in the images.
The holes could likely be repaired and restored to their original condition.
