As you can see in the photos, the plating has peeled off, in some areas around the aux hole and edges. I have it in a clear case to prevent more. System will come in clear case. Functionally, there are no issues, it works great and is unlocked with tons of games downloaded such as Mario titles, Pokemon, and legend of Zelda!
I am not the original owner of this system, and am not 100% if this is a reshell or not as it came this way which is why it’s priced at $300, I’m only selling due to needing to pay off some debt. A beautiful new 3ds XL though
