Incredible 90’s blood red vampire chic dress. Shoulders can be worn up or down, the neckline is elasticized. Neckline is trimmed in dramatic rose patterned lace. Bodice is boned which gives it a corseted look. Skirt has an uneven handkerchief hem. Very full, would look amazing when twirling for film or photos.
