This is a silk hand-painted Yuzen summer kimono (ro-tsukesage) made with pre-dyed Komé-ro fabric from Ito-ko, a high-end white fabric manufacturer.
The base color is a subdued, deep green with a bluish tint, and it features fine itome (thread work), gold accents, and embroidery.

Width: Approximately 38 cm
Single-layer tailoring is an additional 28,000 yen (including collar lining).
If you would like a seat backing, it will be an additional 5,000 yen, including the fabric.
Guard processing is an additional 3,000 yen.
