All of Tim Burton's art works, both for work and private use, are revealed. Over 1000 illustrations are introduced across 430 pages. Includes many foldouts!

The art book "The World of Tim Burton" is the ultimate book that summarizes Tim Burton's art activities over 40 years.
In this book, over 1000 illustrations, including concept art from movies and personal illustrations, are compiled into one book under Burton's own supervision.
The book explores the themes common to Burton's works across 13 chapters.
Each chapter explores various aspects of Burton's works, such as his fascination with clowns, sympathy for misunderstood monsters, and attachment to eccentrics, as well as Burton's unique style and the presence of his art closely related to everyday life.
The book also features comments and episodes from Burton's friends and colleagues, such as Johnny Depp, Danny Elfman, Helena Bonham Carter, and Winona Ryder, allowing for a multifaceted appreciation of the works.
