This is a 1955 model of the Valencia-made Levi's 501XX. The 555 stamp on the back of the top button indicates that it was manufactured at the Valencia factory in the United States between 1996 and 2003. The Valencia factory closed in 2003, making these items rare and highly sought after. The 501XX 1955 model is considered the completed form of the 501XX.

The overall color is dark, and it's in good condition with vertical fading and wear starting to show nicely. The production date is unknown because one side of the inner tag is unreadable.
