This is an Indian Chief Motorcycle from the Danbury Mint.
It's one of the motorcycles Fujiko Mine rode in the ending credits of Lupin the 3rd: Italian Adventure.
This highly valuable item is not sold in Japan and is out of production even in the United States.
And incredibly, it's "never been displayed."
Because it's never been displayed, the side bags and windshield were not attached for the photos.
