This is a Towncraft rayon shirt from the 50s-60s.
It has been resized, so it's on the smaller side.
The armholes are also narrow.
The color is a black and purple ombre check.
Although the size is small due to the resizing, this color is quite rare.
The price has gone up now, but I purchased this item 20 years ago.
