A movement called "Neo-Kaiju" is currently sweeping the West Coast of America. Not "Kaiju" (Japanese monsters), but "Neo-Kaiju." Creators shocked by Japanese monster figures like Godzilla and Kanegon create original "Neo-Kaiju" figures and costumes, showcasing their work at conventions and even publishing specialized magazines. Japanese monsters are now evolving (deepening) as "Neo-Kaiju" around the world. Sk8thing's "Tears of the Monster Party" can be seen as a response from Jingumae to the excitement surrounding "Neo-Kaiju" overseas.

Monolithic stone tablets are being discovered one after another from ruins and hidden places around the world. At the same time, monsters begin to rampage!! The stone tablets were "Kaiju PODs," sonic music playback machines that only monsters could hear... The daily fashion of the monsters is coordinated with styling to match the situation. Gabadon, who has become a completely docile monster, has to walk home after work, through a dangerous night city due to a subway accident. There are many monster gangsters in the dangerous city. Street monsters are graffitiing the city. But Gabadon sees a new possibility when he witnesses the scene of an underground party held by the monsters...
