Principles - ladies size 12 lilac organza appearance full skirt. Invisible side zip, but only one cotton belt loop on left hand side. I have never worn it with the belt, so maybe there was only one belt loop from new? It was sold as lilac, but as it is shimmery it may look silver in certain light. Comes to my ankles (5ft 4inches). Much loved and despite being over 20 years old still in very good condition
