Published by Grove Press in 1965 (posthumously). This is one of the most important books about the civil rights era.
Includes 32 illustrations (hostorical photos mostly)
This copy is in good vintage condtion (more than 60 years old now), but it has some flaws. The dustjacket is intact, but theres a lot of fading/discoloration. There's a tear (about 1 inch) on the front cover (near the spine). The inside of the dustjacket has discoloration also.
The outside of the pages have discoloration also. The first page show that the binding is starting to crack slightly and there's a signature for the former owner. The following page also has a stamp from that owner's personal library. Otherwise, the inside pages are all clean/intact.
