Super fun and floofy Monster High Catty Noir cosplay costume skirt. There are many strips that make up the floory back skirt - the organza and chiffon strips have done a lot of fraying at the edges, but it fits the theme since it's Monster High!
Skirt has not been worn, only tried on early in the sewing process.
It is a slip on style, there is NO elastic or zipper.
There ARE pockets! And a white stiff netting to help give it a nice poof. The outer starry organza of the skirt did have fray-check put on the edges. There are 5 different fabric strips - solid organza, starry organza, lace, tulle, and glitter tulle.
Approximately size medium
The full waistband is approximately 34-35"
Length of skirt- 20.5"
Length of back skirt strips- 56-57"
This skirt was handmade by me. Please keep in mind I am not a professional, so there may be flaws or imperfections.
