Beautiful Petit Point Needlepoint makeup compact from Hungary. It was purchased from the Davidson Paxon Company in NYC. It dates to the 1940s. It is in excellent condition with it's original box, puff and tags. it measures 2.7/8" square and weighs 3.2 ounces. The petit point is hand done and in a floral design.
