70s Vintage & Union Made in the USA!
Cute & stylish black velour dress with a v-cut neck and long sleeves. It has a little front chest pocket that has ribbed knitted trim. The neckline and cuffs also have ribbed knit trim. The waist has elastic and offers some stretch to give a custom fit. The length is long. The size tag and material/care tag have been removed, however, the measurements look to be a size small. The material is likely 100% Polyester.
