I have thirty (30) unopened wax packs of 1991-92 O-Pee-Chee hockey cards. In my honest opinion, it doesn't look like they were messed with at all. Sometimes packs out of a box can be shady balls, but I think we're good on these. They came from a source (Goodwill) who isn't known for opening up packs and then gluing them back together. Although they are quite the wheelers and dealers with turning their donations into cash, I can't see them having the time to go to all the trouble it would be to open up all these packs and then glue them back down nice and neat how they are. So, that's my opinion.
