This copy is in good vintage shape (now 25 years old). The dustjacket is intact and unclipped (original $35.00 price). The DJ has shelfwear and about a 3 inch cut on the front cover (from a razor); see 4th photo. The corners of the book itself have some bending. The boards have some rubbing; otherwise nothing major. The pages inside are clean and the binding is tight.
This is a very in-depth look at the founding father and 2nd US President John Adams. This book won the Pulizer Prize and was later made into an HBO miniseries that won many Emmy Awards.
David McCullough is an amazing biographer. He also won the Pulitzer Prize for his biography Truman. History buffs (especially of the American Revolutionary War) would love this intimate look at this founder of the United States of America.
