This is a vintage Coro double tulip flower trembler brooch pin with pave rhinestones, gold wash, and white enamel.
The two tulip flowers are covered in shimmering crystal rhinestones. The flowers feature a "trembler" mechanism using springs, allowing them to quiver slightly.
The design was patented by Adolph Katz for Coro around 1939-1949.
The leaves are enameled in white with gold-tone edges, and the stems are tied with a gold-tone bow accent.
There is a marking (possible signature) on the back, but I can't identify it.
