Beautiful antique English Victoria Ware ironstone serving tureen featuring a classic blue and white pastoral / architectural transferware design. Substantial, heavy ironstone construction with twin side handles and a rich cobalt blue rim.
The scene wraps continuously around the body and interior, making this an excellent decorative display piece as well as a functional serving vessel.
Very good antique condition. No cracks or repairs noted. Light surface wear consistent with age and use. Glaze remains glossy with strong, clear transfer details. Please see photos for full condition and measurements.
