For this listing, I am presenting a Super Rare advertising item from 1914! These are referred to as Bang Guns, or Pop Guns. The paper end pops out, making a bang or pop noise. This one features Charlie Chaplin from Home Brands Pure Food Products. I have not tested this to see if it works as it is 111 years old.
