Charming light blue midi dress with a hidden button-up front, but there is one focal point button on the "belt". This has shoulder pads (can probably be easily removed) and half elastic waist. Features short sleeves and a flattering waistline. Kind of reminds me of the military but it’s so much cuter in person! No major flaws maybe just overall fading of the color. Brand is Leslie Fay, 65% polyester, 35% cotton.
