Vintage American Medical Response (AMR) EMS cap from the 1990s.
This is an authentic WearGuard uniform hat, originally issued for EMT and paramedic staff.
The WearGuard® label was commonly used on EMS, fire, and industrial uniform headwear during the 1990s before the brand was absorbed by Cintas in the early 2000s. The “Made in Taiwan” country-of-origin marking is also typical of 1990s U.S. uniform production, as most later examples were moved to China or Southeast Asia. Additionally, the 100% cotton construction and heavy embroidered logo style are consistent with professional EMS uniform caps from that era rather than later promotional or fan merchandise.
