This is a vintage plush. Does have marks on the back of one arm as shown. I bought it that way years ago and haven’t attempted to remove. Face has some slight paint error. No package/hang tags but the bottom tag says 1983 hallmark. That tag is faded as shown. Please do not expect a 100% perfect item. This plush is from the early 80s. Please ask any questions you have before buying
