Sunmountain sports khaki or tan color, brushed polyester, windbreaker, material outdoors pants with adjustable ankle and waist. The ankle zips to accommodate boots and has a double snap tab to cinch. The waist has hook and loop tabs at each side and is a elastic across the back, offering a lot of flexibility with fit. Two hip zip pockets, one back zipper welt pocket, and snap and zip closure. Laying flat measures approximately 16 inches across the waist when relaxed stretching to 19 inches without much resistance. 14 inch rise and 31 inch inseam. The exterior fabric is 100% polyester and there is nylon lining, extending from the waist to mid thigh. Provides protection from wind and rain, but these are not snow pants as there is no insulated lining. I wouldn’t go so far as to call these waterproof, but they are water resistant
