Vintage Porcelain Biscuit Jar with Metal Lid
This porcelain biscuit or cracker jar is hand painted with delicate violet floral decoration and soft shaded background tones. It is topped with a metal lid and original twisted metal swing handle. The hand-painted details and overall form reflect Victorian to Edwardian design. This is in vintage condition with some tarnish to the metal. The inside is very clean and the painted flowers are gorgeous.
It measures approximately 8.5″ tall by 5.25″ in diameter, not including the height of the handle.
