This is a rare ORIGINAL ISSUE NYPD DETECTIVE key ring in real leather. These are not replicas sold by many gift shops - this is an official product that was available only at NYPD internal store and was issued to employees for their use - primarily for squad car keys.
These are high quality pieces - beautiful NYPD blue enamel and etched / embossed badge details - you can feel them with your finger
from family member's personal collection - still sealed in plastic baggie - these have been stored for many years and may show light patina on the metal itself - consistent with age.
You will likely not find these originals in new condition anywhere else.
