In excellent pre-owned condition, very little signs of previous wear. Two side slash pockets, fully lined, full zip, and a drawstring with toggles at waist. The blue is a very pretty royal blue, appears almost purple in certain lighting. It is very warm and cozy. Great versatile addition to any collection, can be dressed up or down. Late 90s, early 2000s production.
