Rare Find: This item is hard to come by. Ringtons commemorative plate celebrating the royal wedding of Prince Charles at Lady Diana in 1981. Plate made in England and decorated in Ontario, Canada by Creemore China and Glass. A beautiful plate with a fruit creamware rim in central sepia images of Prince Charles and Lady Diana. In great vintage condition with no chips, nicks, cracks or flea bites. Central wording and imagery is clear, bright and legible. You will see on the back of the plate. Three tiny kiln marks where the plate sat on the kiln while firing. You will find in blue lettering on the back of the plate, made especially for Ringtons Limited, Newcastle Upon Tyne England by Pallisey. (Later Royal Worcester Spode) Also shows the blue graphics of a horse drawn carriage. Measures 9.25 inches in diameter. Non smoking pet free home.
