What a cherished Christmas treasure this is! It is a beauty, I love the festive Victorian Christmas, carolers, all the sequence with lots of very nicely done embroidering. It still has the original wooden dowel for hanging. It measures 38 inches from the string to the end of the card holder. It is all hand sewn. It is in great condition with no stains, tears or rips. The back does have some age related yellowing. Fabulous that it is signed and dated by the creator.
