This is a lot of 23 prerecorded VHS tapes, most recorded throughout the 1990s - 2000s. You can record over these if you're looking for blank tapes to use and they should be fine. If you have a degausser (electro-magnet) you can use it to wipe them clean.
They may or may not have the recordings shown written on the labels, or there may be a mix of that and totally different video. There is a huge variety of content ranging from Westerns, Star Trek, National Lampoon Vacation, Star wars, etc. Typically the tape was put in, record was pushed, and it recorded everything on the TV until the tape ended. Selling all as blank. There is a variety of tapes and tape brands. All have slip cases.
