There is a crack that seems to be staying put. I am unsure if it’s been repaired or not . Needs a detailed cleaning.
The bottom felt is slightly not connected and caving in
The upper portion of the lamp is present but not attached
Lamp works well- verified.
No visible crazing or chips- as mentioned above a crack on the bottom
