This is a mismatched fairy lamp/light.
Top : color is burgundy, has a distinctive bubble texture - this may have been flashed , measures a little over 4” tall. No chips or cracks - the inner circle does has some rough edges but it is not rough on outside
Bottom : clear glass - may be Indiana Glass , no chips or cracks , measures 2” tall
Combined stands a little over 6” tall
