Vintage Clear Glass Steam Locomotive Train Candy Container with Original Metal Cap.
Vintage pressed glass candy container shaped like a steam engine locomotive. These were originally sold in five-and-dime stores filled with small pellet candies and were designed to be used as toys once the candy was finished.
Features:
●Design: Highly detailed molded glass featuring a cowcatcher, boiler wheels, cabin windows, and smokestack.
●Closure: Includes the original screw-on metal cap at the rear of the cabin.
Condition Report:
●The glass is in great shape for its age, showing typical manufacturing straw marks and bubbles common in early 20th-century glass. There are no significant cracks or large chips.
