Very fun pop over, petticoat overlay dress. NWT but vintage! Y2K era.
LABass; free size (see measurements but easy to wear for a wide range of sizes).
Look at photos please. New but has been hanging in a closet somewhere for a minute! Tiny bit of tonal sun damage at bottom
left (mostly underneath). I photographed but it's barely seeable!
