NOTES ABOUT THIS DRESS: John Barger III (current NBC Fashion commentator) designed this custom couture dress in 2011-2012. The Jacquard is from a small family loom in Switzerland, and the lace was hand embroidered in Italy (direct message from John himself) Truly one of a kind!!
