Antique hand-carved mother of pearl rosary necklace featuring a beautifully detailed carved cross pendant.
The cross is made from genuine mother of pearl with a luminous natural iridescence. It is finely hand carved with radiating sunburst and leaf motifs, pierced decorative scrollwork, and a domed center detail. The reverse shows a satin-finished surface with clean cut-outs, consistent with early hand workmanship.
The rosary beads are oval mother of pearl, individually wire-linked in traditional devotional style. The wire shows natural age patina and appears to be silver-tone or base metal (not tested).
