I used pink sequins purchased on Mercari.
I created this with the image of Minnie's Pal-Palooza (as seen in the fourth photo).
The dark hearts are felt, and the hearts with pearls are made from the ribbon that was on the headband.
I made one for myself, and since I was able to make another, I'm listing it for sale.
