Opened only for inspection. Never displayed. Basically new. I do not see any flaking on the cape (I live in a relatively dry area of Southern California—not much humidity)
Note: The elbows and knees are not ratcheted, so there is a good amount of spring-back from the rubber suit when bending those joints. I had a second copy of this figure at one point, and it was the same.
