Classic SP record of Billie Holiday's famous song "Strange Fruit."
There is a scratch on the "Strange Fruit" side towards the end (see the third photo), but upon listening, I didn't notice any impact on the sound.
Considering its age, I think it's in excellent condition, rarely seen.
